Sarah Sampas is a chaplain in the United States Air Force. Her research interest is on the mental, emotional, and spiritual impact of dis/misinformation. She is also interested in finding the best way to defend against targeted disinformation campaigns to help individuals and communities become more resilient. She leads classes on disinformation for military members and faith communities. Her MDiv is from Boston University school of theology and she has a B.A. in history from Oregon State University.
