Latisha Harry is an independent research and policy consultant who works with a range of organizations on projects at the intersection of technology and society. She has worked with organizations such as the Stanford Institute for Human-Centred Artificial Intelligence, Global Witness, the Commonwealth Secretariat, Global Voices, CIVICUS, and others, on issues such as digital transformation, freedom of expression, disinformation, content moderation, data privacy and the digital economy. Latisha has a B.A. in political science from New York University Abu Dhabi and an MPhil in public policy from Cambridge University.
