Kali Foyle is a Graduate Research Fellow at the Center for Media Engagement and a master’s research and theory student in the School of Journalism and Media at The University of Texas at Austin. She is interested in understanding the way digital technologies are leveraged to assert influence, and the impact of social media and emerging technologies on information ecosystems and the sociopolitical milieu. She attended Loyola University Chicago where she double majored in communication studies and political science and worked as a research assistant across both disciplines.
