Kaiya Soorholtz is a research fellow at the Center for Media Engagement. She is particularly interested in the intersection of business, technology, and society. Her research interests center on cross-platform information flow, platform and technology affordances, and digital harms. Prior to joining the CME, she held roles in product management, engineering, and marketing at Google, John Deere, and AGL Technology. Kaiya received her MBA from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin and her BS in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University.
