Joao Vicente Seno Ozawa is a doctoral student in the School of Journalism and Media at The University of Texas at Austin. He is a Graduate Research Assistant with affiliations as a researcher with the Propaganda Lab at the Center for Media Engagement and with the Political Communication Systems group. His research interests include computational propaganda, disinformation, political communication, and how to untangle these social phenomena with mixed methods research. He is particularly interested in political disinformation in Brazil. He holds a M.S. in Communication Sciences from the University of Sao Paulo.
